Shipping Information

Product Reservation

After you submit your order, the items you chose are set aside for you. Depending on your payment method, you have the following number of days for us to receive your payment:

Interac e-Tranfer 1 business day from the date the order was placed.
Bitcoin 1 business day from the date the order was placed.

If your payment arrives after the allotted time, your order will expire and the items will be re-stocked. No worries though! Any funds we receive will automatically be added to your store credit balance, which you can use towards a new order.

Processing Times

Orders are shipped within 3 business day of receiving your payment. 95% of all orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, but please allow us the full time we specify before contacting support. Occasionally a delay may occur, in which case it may take the full 3 business days. In most cases, if your payment is received before 12:00pm PST Mon-Fri, it will ship the following day.

Shipping Times & Costs

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost with a tracking number, for a flat rate of $10.00. Canada Post estimates that your order will arrive in 1-3 business days after being shipped. In some cases orders may take up to 7 business days, depending on postal delays, and your Province or Territory.

Vacuum Sealed Inner Packaging

All orders are double vacuum-sealed with a professional industrial grade sealer. The packages we send are completely scentless to humans. Special care and treatment is also given throughout the packaging process to eliminate any traces or residues.

Outer Packaging

A wide variety of stealthy outer packaging is then used to ensure your parcel will easily blend in with the millions of other pieces of mail currently in circulation.

Guaranteed Delivery

All orders shipped within Canada are guaranteed to arrive, with the exception of Newfoundland, Northern Quebec, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories (Orders sent to these provinces and territories are NOT guaranteed to arrive). For the rest of Canada, if the tracking number shows it wasn't delivered and valid and accurate information was supplied, we will re-send the order once for free.
